Research On The Public Communication Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Governments In Public Crisis Managenment

At present,the public crisis happens frequently.Compared with the public crisis management at the interior of the government,how to better communicate with the public is a very important part of public crisis management.If the public crisis is handled improperly,it will not only affect the government’s credibility,make the public question the government’s governance ability,but also affect the society harmony,thus hindering the process of China’s socialist construction.The study of public crisis management in China started late,and it was not until SARS in 2003 that the public crisis management system gradually formed.Up to now,our country’s ability to deal with public crisis has been greatly improved,we have to admit that there are still many problems,such as the lack of crisis education for the public,the lack of public awareness of crisis.At present,the social self-Media is extremely developed,the audience of micro blog,wechat and other self-Media is more and more wide,and the influence is more and more big.Such preconditions increase the participation of the public in public crisis management,which is a "double-edged sword",which not only increases the pressure of local governments to solve public crisis events,but also plays a better role in urging public crisis management.In recent years,public crisis occurs frequently.Local governments need to solve the problem of public communication in public crisis management,so as to improve the public crisis management system.Based on the theory of crisis life cycle and the theory of crisis management 4R,this paper focuses on the public communication of local governments in the current public crisis management,forms the theoretical support through the literature research method.Then raises the public crisis events with great influence in recent years according to the characteristics of different stages of the public crisis,summarizes them,puts forward the correspondingsolutions,and it can provide help for the discovery of potential problems in other regions,so as to promote the overall level of public crisis management of local governments,improve the theoretical research of relevant problems,and provide experience for the future public communication practice of local governments in China.
