Research On Improving The Executive Power Of Township Government

This paper mainly talks about the executive power of township government, takes theexecutive power of township government as the researching object, combined with someexamples and studies of Qingzhou, Shandong province, analyzing the issues and causes ofexecutive power of China’s township government from different perspectives, providingadvices for the following work in line, principles, policies, laws, regulations, policies anddirectives references, these are very convenient for the township government to improve theefficiency and upgrade the public credibility.This paper includes5parts, the first chapter analyses the research background,significance, ideas and the status at home and abroad; the second chapter overviews theexecution of the township government, the use of system analysis expounds the connotationof the executive power of township government and the constituent elements; the thirdchapter presents a variety of issues by the township government in the execution, all of thesehave a general understanding of the problem, to avoid these problems in the future work; thefourth chapter analyses the actual execution problem cause of the township government ofQingzhou city, to help us carry out the work process to achieve targeted; the last chaptershows how to improve government execution strategies and measures, recommendationsfrom management, improve institutional mechanisms to improve the quality of personnel,begin to explore to enhance the implementation of the township government.
