Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization Of Inner Mongolia Grasslands Under The Marxist Ecology Horizon

From the implementation of the Reform and Opening-Up Policy,the Inner Mongolian productive development is fiercely rapid,and the level of people life is substantially increasing,but the following problems are degradation,the desertification,the salinization,the frequent natural disasters,the decreasing numbers of species etc.so,the havoc of grassland ecology is on the rise,hence we have to rethink how can we remedy this natural ecological shelter zone in northern China.Marxism philosophy has rich thoughts of ecology.The ecological view of Marxism has positive enlightenment effect to the thorough understanding of the source and representation of Inner Mongolian ecological crisis,and the specification of the direction of grassland ecological construction.In this paper,Marxism ecological view refers to Marxism rationale and global view of ecological problems around the relation between human and nature,and around the problems between human and society.It not just includes the originator Marx and Engel’s view of ecology,also contains following scholars’ heritage and development,especially most important and most influential western ecological Marxism’s view of ecology.Taking into account of actual requirement of Inner Mongolia grassland ecological civilization construction,the paper teases and summarizes the theory of ecological Marxism,and on this ground,the paper also tries to explore the countermeasure suggestions for Inner Mongolia grassland ecological constructions.The paper consists of four parts.In the first part,the paper summarizes the significance of selecting this topic,the method of research,and the new line of this paper.In the second part,analyzes the origin of the theory and origin of society of Ecological Marxism,and describes the main idea of Ecological Marxism,concludes that the capitalism using of science and technology,"Alien consumption",the capitalism is the main causes of the global ecological crises.In the third part,characterizes the Inner Mongolian ecological history and current states and analyzes the current existing problems and their causes.In the fourth part,combines the idea of ecological Marxism,with Inner Mongolian ecological construction and then proposes some countermeasures.They include Ecological Marxism theoretical direction,developing green economy,cultivating green-consumption idea,sound ecological ration,reinforcement of ecological civilization educations,plausible using the science and technology,implementation of transfer of overpopulation,tightening up the legal system,protection of ecological civilization construction achievement etc.
