However, with the accelerating process of urbanization, urban aging population continues to grow. In a few years, new elderly population will mainly be one-child parents, and the family support function may be weakened. Elderly families will continue to increase, and then the pension issues will become more prominent."The most beautiful is sunset red", in order to this wiping red is no longer bleak, to become a unique landscape, we need to make efforts to explore the city pension service model with the community characteristics to enable the elderly enjoy a happy old age, finally really enable the elderly having guarantee when they become old and sick, enjoying themselves, studying what they want.This paper is composed by an introduction and four main parts.The first chapter is the introduction section. This section briefly describes the background and significance of the study, narrating the current research situation at home and aboard, defining the core concepts of this paper, clearing the theoretical basis of this article, and introducing the research methods used.The second chapter, respectively from the macro and micro point of view analyzes the advantages and feasibility of the Chinese urban community aged care services. From the macro point of view, this paper analyzes the organizational structure, economic resources and cultural foundations of community care development. From the micro point of view, this paper elaborates the supply and demand situation of the aged service, the type of Chinese urban community care service, the income situation of the elderly and staff of the community care service, to illustrate the advantages and feasibility of the construction of urban community aged care services in China.The third chapter discusses the domestic and international experience and the enlightenment to the construction of urban community care service model. This paper mainly uses the method of comparison and case analysis, drawing form the British community care, community care service center of Japan, Sweden community care and the U.S. experience in retirement communities, and summarizing the revelation of the practice of foreign urban community care service. About domestic experience, this paper gives examples, such as the virtual nursing home in Lanzhou and ten minutes pension circle in Wuhan, for commenting on the innovation and inspiration of the domestic urban community care service.The fourth chapter gives the case of Wuhan, conducting field surveys to understand the specific needs to the elderly community aged care services and the community’s residents committee’s views on building a community care service, and then analyzes the problems and reasons for the construction of community care services.The fifth chapter elaborates constructing the mode of the Chinese urban community care service at this stage. This chapter points out the guiding ideology, the development objectives and basic principles of the urban community care service, build the basic framework of the urban community services for the aged, and describes safeguards in the implementation.
