The Survey Report About Cuizhu Garden Community Home Pension Services Situation In Hefei

In recent years, with the severity of the aging population in the the socio-economic background which "old before getting rich", facing of massive and rapid growth of the aging population, The Pressure of family pension is growing, the community becoming more and more into family pension body’s main force. In this context, the urban communities for the elderly home care benefits provided by community came into being, and for the welfare of the community endowment theory also supports the development of retirement communities and promoters. In this paper, a literature study, questionnaires and interviews of community home-based care services to analyze the situation, and the corresponding theory presented a detailed analysis, finally it proposed to improve community home care services for their constructive comments.
