A Study On The Assistance And Management Of Female Prisoners Of Fraud In Fujian Prisons

The political report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that the general goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law is to build a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and a socialist country under the rule of law.In order to achieve the general goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,the specific content of the management of prisoners is the “prison law”stipulated in Article 61 of “in educating and reforming criminals,the principle of teaching according to individual,classified education,and convincing people with reason is adopted,and the method of combining collective education with individual education,and in-prison education with social education is adopted." Prisons,as punishment enforcement organs and national public administration departments,shoulder a major social public management mission and are the last line of defense to maintain social fairness and justice.The assistance and management of prisoners not only needs to make full use of the prison’s own educational resources,but also needs to integrate and utilize social resources,so as to achieve individualized,socialized and scientific support and management,and to realize the work policy and general requirements of "combining punishment and reform,with the purpose of reforming people" in my country’s prisons,and promote social security and stability.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the security and stable,sustainable and healthy development of society to seriously study the assistance and management of prisoners in our country,and focus on improving the education and management of prisoners.This article takes the construction of the rule of law in China and the reform of the judicial system as the background,and takes the new public service theory,collaborative governance theory and social support theory as the theoretical basis for the research,selects female prisoners of fraud in Fujian prison to conduct a case study,and analyzes the current situation of support management and effectiveness.Summarize the existing problems and analyze the reasons from the perspectives of assistance objects,regulatory authorities,social support,etc.,and the management measures for improving the assistance and management of female prisoners of fraud in Fujian prison after serving their sentences and after being released from prison are put forward,so as to improve the assistance management system for female prisoners.
