In recent years, the repeat offenses have harmed the social seriously, and the data reveal that rate of recidivism is on the rise. On the whole, the harmful degree of female re-crime is less serious than that of male re-crime, but women play an important role in the family, their crimes endanger the stability and happiness of the families, shake the foundations of the society. Therefore, to explore the reasons of women re-crime for present China has very important significance. In China, there is no independent system of reform through education, which remolds and educates female prisoners. According to various levels of crime, they will be reformed in community or prison; meanwhile, the various social forces participate in the activities at the same time. Inside and outside of the prison systems and inputs and outputs are very important, which directly affect quality of correcting. The Chinese Government has made a very substantial effort to reduce the crime rate, such as absorbs advanced international experience of punishment, reforms the prison management system, and promote community correction continuously. To our surprise, the results are the rising trend of re-crime rate, weak legal awareness or societal misfits of partial ex-convict personnel, which force us to explore deeper problems existing in the current system of education reformation.By analyzing relative policy of education transformation of X Women Prison, through mining file materials of 244 female recidivists, and deep-interviewing on some of them, asking a few of key questions, such as "their first sentence experiences", "criminal rehabilitation", "ideological, cultural and technical education", "social adjustment after they were released from prison" and so on, I found that the criminal reasons are various, including own reasons, family reasons, the social reasons and education in prison. Firstly, many of the female prisoners have different degrees of psychological barriers and personality problems. Their psychological test data show that most of them are repeating simple paranoia and deal with problems roughly. These released prisoners were not welcome in our culture of tolerance, and they often cannot find a suitable job. Lack of caring from social and family, they were enclosed in a relatively narrow space, which create conditions for their path back on crime. Looking from their prison sentence experiences, the first prison time is usually shorter and formally. The result is that they don't have the concept and impression of "prison". Thus it produced the idea of "prison is not terrible". Although a lot of good experience in prison reform, but there are not enough in-depth ideological remolding, insufficient technical innovation, practical, and it is difficult to find a suitable job after they are out of the jails. One key problem is a lack of collaboration between jails and academics and rehabilitation. To reduce the re-crime rate need to reconstruct the criminal system of education reform, create a social environment with "love", psychologically treat those female prisoners with psychological barriers, crisis intervention system, optimize prison education inside and outside, and reconstruct and cooperate between the systems, and perfect the relative law and policy, renew value, and put the focus on helping improve the released prisoners' ability.
