Research And Practice On The Training Mode Of Career Education For PLA Naval Cadets

The core of this thesis is to enhance the reform of Career Education. The paper proposed a new model of education in a creative way which refers two-stages execution about the combination of academy education and military’s training for naval cadet’s primary career education. This method aims to solve the conflicts that the quality of career education in academy is unable to adapt to the reform of training in navy and also the condition of teaching is unable to adapt to the request of education of regular naval officer.The thesis is a kind of Public Management and Countermeasures Research. The part of theoretic research advanced the major research proposition and explained related concepts. It also research the basal theory in order to fulfill the work. The paper dynamic analyzed and summarized the reform of primary assignment training mode for naval cadets, it also analyzed the current situation of education in naval academy and the reason for reform. In order to satisfy the need of education reform, the part of Countermeasures Research reveals the solution for the education problems in naval academy pertinence considering the fact in career education. Integrated with the case of experimental reform unit, the thesis executed the evaluation of program effects and demonstrated the feasibility of the method. The paper also inspected the question in the reform of education mode, proposed improvement measures and recommendations.The researching process of thesis extensively absorb the spirit and essence of the classic theory of Management and Public Management approach. Study of this method used Public Management theory such as Systems Analysis, Comparative method and Investigation. In the exploration of marine Growth Commanding Officer primary career education rules, the paper referenced a wide range of experience of Foreign Military Academies in the foundation of career education, proposed an advice of implementing Growth Commanding Officer college education and troop’s training piecewise mode. And through empirical method on the model validation, discussion, the next step is reinforcing the pilot reform, constructing a new foundation of the mode execution in naval academy for career education of naval cadets.
