Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Training Of Comprehensive Quality For Cadets With Centralized Diploma Education

In the new period, military modernization puts forward higher requirements on the training of comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education. In order to fulfill the requirement of new military modernization, four military universities of our army began to recruit cadets with centralized diploma education. Therefore, this thesis studied the problem of training on comprehensive quality of cadets who are trained under the mode of“centralized diploma education, distributed officially training”. By analyzing the current training of the comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education, analysis of the problems that exist in the current training process and the reason that caused the problems, the countermeasures and suggestions for improve the comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education is proposed. The main research work and achievements include the following:(1) The concept and the connotation of the comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education are analyzed, and the characteristics and laws of training of comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education are discussed. On this basis, the influences of the training of comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education are discussed, and the main influences are figured out..(2) The training status of comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education is analyzed, and the existing problems are pointed out, on this basis, the causes of the problems are analyzed and found out three main causes: The definition of comprehensive quality is not clearly defined, the education view does not fit for the cultivating of comprehensive, and the teaching, practicing and managing effects are not suitable. The countermeasures and suggestions for improve the comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education are given.(3) The training status of comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education in some school is analyzed, by quantitative assessment of the comprehensive quality of them, the problems are pointed out, and specific measures for improve the comprehensive quality of cadets with centralized diploma education in the school are given.
