Investigation On Pension Service At Jinzhou New District In Dalian

Based on the latest data from sixth population census in2010, at Jinzhou New District, proportion of the old over60years old reaches11.459%, proportion of the old over65years old reaches7.274%, which both exceed the standard of aging society, as the same as most cities in China, Jinzhou New District is faced with increasingly rigorous situation of "old aging" and "empty nest", which forms strong pressure for social and economic development in the whole region. Although some progress has been made in pension service facility and service content recent years, the need of social pension system still can’t be satisfied, the development of pension service at New District obviously lags.This paper adopts questionnaire survey, field survey and comparative approach, conducts a survey about pension service at Jinzhou New District nowadays and studies it through collecting and analyzing co relational studies and literature about pension service home and abroad. Try to find shortcoming of pension service at Jinzhou New District now, mainly the following points:pension service in various forms to be improving, hardware and software of pension service having gaps, full unsatisfied service need for the old people. Reasons of the problem mainly are the lack of value, government investment and pension evaluation scheme, singleness of investor, the old pension management system. To improve current situation of pension service at Jinzhou New District further, needs to change pension idea, speed up infrastructure construction, boost home pension service, develop pension service team and improve assessment system, endeavors to construct to provide a more harmonious and happier life in old age for the old at Jinzhou New District.
