Development of a country with strong historical continuity, for Russia, a nation with manypeople, economically and culturally backward country, in particular. Through a comparativestudy of the characteristics of the Soviet model and the Tsarist Empire mode, we found that bothreturn characteristics of the basic aspects of the tradition. The first part of this article focuses summarize and explain the basic characteristics of theTsarist Empire mode. Tsarist Empire from concept, from the late17th and early18th century,Peter the Great to the Russian Empire until the February1917revolution the Romanov dynastywas overthrown more than200years in the Russian State. Tsarist Empire mode refers to themore than200years in the land of Russia to pursue political, economic, cultural, social, andforeign strategy and other aspects of development model. The second part of the talk discussesthe basic features of the Soviet model. Soviet model, the concept is gradually formed in theSoviet Union since the late1920s, Stalin became the supreme leader of the Soviet Union, thepolitical, economic, cultural, social and foreign strategic aspects of the basic system and mode.In the meantime, in spite of repeated adjustment, but it was not until the collapse of the SovietUnion on the eve of the basic characteristics remained unchanged. The Soviet model ischaracterized by excessive centralization, manifested in the political, economic, socialmanagement, ideology and foreign policy. Soviet-style political system, the core content of theexcessive centralization of the party and government leadership system, and on the appointmentof cadres since the regulation, weak and inefficient supervision mechanism. The summary of theeconomic aspects of the country’s highly centralized planned economic model. The excessiveconcentration of ownership by the whole country ownership, over-centralized command plannedeconomic system, the excessive concentration of sector management system, too much emphasison economic management methods of administrative means, too much emphasis on the prioritydevelopment of heavy industry and military industry. Down the public’s consumption, cruelexploitation of farmers. The management of the society on a whole collectivization of agricultureand the collective farm system and state-owned factories. The Soviet model ideological authoritarian characteristics are as follows: cultural groups of countries, leaders speech is sacred, public opinion is always, no freedom of speech. The third part is the comparison of two modes.Have shown significantly different in many ways due to the different times, the Soviet modeland the Tsarist Russian Empire mode. For example, in the political system and institutionalaspects of the Tsarist Empire Absolute Monarchy dynasty rule, the Soviet Union is a one-partysystem, the ruling Communist Party. The top leaders of the state must be the leader of the party. As we all know, the development of a country has a strong historical continuity, for Russia, anation many profound imperial tradition, economically and culturally backward country, inparticular. Therefore, despite the October Revolution, the Soviet Union can not become a verydifferent countries with traditional Russian, because the main activities of its history-people donot change, the national cultural psychology has not changed, the geopolitical situation has notchanged, the demands of the external target has not changed. Therefore it is impossible for avery different model of development in the territory of the former Tsarist empire. Socialdevelopment model pursued by the Soviet model Tsarist Empire compare, from the longitudinalextension of our research sight to see Russia pursues hundreds of years of traditionaldevelopment mode, deep-rooted psychological and political and cultural traditions of nationalculture and geopolitical factors how the subsequent development of road impact and the Statute.By comparative analysis, we will find that the Soviet Union and the Tsarist Empire there aremany similarities in terms of political, economic, social management, ideology and foreignstrategy. And in many ways strengthened. Anti-modernity of the October Revolution, must bethe strengthening of state power and the resurrection of traditional culture; October Revolutionswept away the political, economic and cultural elite Russia with modern consciousness, emerging political and economic system and mode of development can only be more than everharsh, more centralization.
