Heze city administrative efficiency complaint center has set up for10years, butthe heze city administrative supervision tend to focus on integrity, supervision and lawenforcement inspection, and the investigation of the internal staff of administrative. But theinsufficient of the work, has lead to the administrative staff work efficiency low, shufflestalling has affected the image and the work efficiency of the administrative. Strengthenadministrative efficiency supervision, and set up the efficiency of the complaint center, nodoubt has took hoops to the administrative, put an end to the inaction phenomenon, improvedthe work efficiency and strengthening the administrative management. In addition, the party’seighteenth report has put forward to build a service-oriented government, the nationalinstitutional reform plan is proposed to set up the super-ministries, which has put forwardhigher request on the administration office work personnel, strengthen administrativeefficiency supervision, may it can improve the level of government administration, and toprovide basic protection for building a service-oriented government.The first chapter of this article briefly introduces the research significance and researchplan, review the literature of American and British government performance and other country,and the achievements and shortcomings of the domestic experts. The second chapter presentsthe basic theory of administrative efficiency supervision, including the concept of administrative efficiency supervision and the relationship with law enforcement supervisionand anti-corruption supervisory and administrative efficiency supervision of law, basicprinciples and elements and so on. The third chapter gives a brief analysis of the currentsituation of heze city administrative efficiency supervision, from the organization mode ofheze city administrative efficiency supervision and the administrative efficiency complaintcenter, the article has summarized the main methods of administrative efficiency supervisionof heze city commission in recent years, the analysis includes the accepting of the dailycomplaints, the supervision of center work, special inspection, and the implementation ofsupervision and inspection, etc. Chapter four mainly analyzes the problems of administrativeefficiency supervision in heze city, such as ideological understanding on one-sided, leadingsystem and mechanism is not perfect, inaccurate positioning, lack of laws, and analyzes thereasons.
