Venture Philanthropy Project Into Government Purchasing Public Service Project Case Study

Along with the economic system transition,social transformation and thetransformation of government functions of our country,government purchase of publicservices has gradually risen in China.The government purchase of public services isplaying a more and more important role.But at the same time,it still need to constantlypractice.This paper analysised the venture philanthropy project inplanning,implementation,management and evaluation,taking "Neng Liang Yi Zhan"Project as an example through the introduction of the basic theory of government purchaseof public services.It also summarized the successful experience and existingproblems.Finally it concluded some strategies and suggestions for venture philanthropyprojects turning into public services purchased by government in order to providereference and thinking for other venture philanthropy projects.
