China's Rural Urbanization Process Of The Construction Of Rural Community

In recent years, our country farming career makes great progress with the efforts of government and relevant fields. Agricultural modernization progress, continuous improvement of rural's overall development and improvement of farmer living space and living standards all provide solid foundation for rural community construction in China's rural urbanization process. China is an agricultural country with a large population which there are still more than 50% of the population is rural population. Therefore, rural community construction is a major project which is beneficial to the people's livelihood and an important part of socialism harmonious society in China.This paper summarizes the rural urbanization of rural community construction and development in the whole level and the actual development condition, on which based we can deeply analysis problems of our country rural urbanization existing in the construction of rural community from the management system, the construction funds, residents autonomy and social security four aspects. At the same time, we should positively absorbs urbanization process of the rural community construction experience in the developed countries abroad , combining with the process of urbanization in our country and the reality of the construction of the rural community construction for development needs, putting forward the"measured actions to local conditions, the characteristic development; overall planning, and sustainable development of the rural community construction in our country"development principles. According to the two construction principles of development, we can select right paths for our country's rural community construction in the process of rural urbanization from the government and the residents of two angles. And we can put forward the corresponding development countermeasures from four aspects as follows: the responsibility of the government, the training of new farmers, construction financing, construction and planning in further.
