With the rapid economic development, industrialization and urbanization processaccelerates ceaselessly and a lot of farmers transfer to the city. At the same time,China’s aging population increased constantly. Therefore, in the double background ofaging population and social transformation, quite a number of the rural elderlypopulation became into the empty nesters. But for a long time the economic level of alarge number of rural areas in our country is backward, the social security is lacking,and the traditional family care function is continuously weakening. In this case, theproblems of the security of the rural empty nesters are increasingly prominent.Basing on the train of thought of asking questions, analyzing problems andsolving the problems, this paper has three parts, including five chapters. The main partis part three, including the third chapter, the forth chapter and the fifth chapter. Thethird chapter which the main meaning is the empirical analysis of Zaozhuang ruralempty nester old-age security, and this part analyzes the data of the basic situation, theeconomic source, the way of life and so on of Zaozhuang rural empty nesters anddraws the conclusion. The forth chapter, problems and their causes of Shandongprovince rural empty nester old-age security.
