Fromthis moment on, the practice has become a long-cherished wish for people to persuit abetter life, meanwile it also has taken the heavy burden to change the social world.With the development of time, we clearly recogniced the connotation of practice needto rich, the extension of practice is waiting to spread. Especially with the rapiddevelopment of our economy, the relationship between man and nature, man and man,man and society appeared a series of problems. The way to change the world ischanging slowly with times.This paper is based on the historial background of Marx, studying the existencestate of the social world from the perspective of the static,taking the society as anorganic integrity. The characteristic is putting up the social world in the long river ofhistory to consider world in the dynamic changes of it. We have discovered that theintercution between productivity and production, economic base and superstructurepromoted the historical development of social society in capitalist society, the key liesin the evolution of social orgarism is the practice. The category of practice in Marx’shistorical materialism not only provides a theoretical tool for us to know the world,but also provides principles to change the world. After reading the text of Marx, it’seasy-cofind that the basic principle of historical materialism is the foundation tounderstanding the social development. Through Marx’s critical transformation ofcapitalist society, we can study the social design, social coordination, socialmanagement and so on, then settle the Marx’s thought of social engineering. These areimportant path and line of this paper. Researches on Marx’s thought of social engineering is the inevitable choice ofthe theory workers in the area to get the the theoretical basis, but also the internalneed of Marx’s belief to reflect on the way of practice.
