The Research Of Interaction Between The Construction Of Rural Community And Rural Culture Network

In china,the government has been committed to the modernization, kept up the pace of times and been in line with the international society, so we will share a feast of globalization.Especially,China’s policy of reform and openness have acquired the remarkable achievements,which not only make Chinese people proud and continue to adhere to the policy of reform and innovation, but also greatly improve China’s international influence. Behind China’s thriving prosperity, however, we are faced with cultural crisis,such as the nihilization of urban civilization,the desertification of rural civilization and other issues."The12th five-year plan" will also improve cultural development to strategic location, which explains that China has realized the weakness of the cultural development and the imbalance between the political and the economical development.Fundamentally, China’s society is rural society and the culture of China is rural culture.The Ministry of Land and Resources promulgated the measure-------the hook of increasing and decreasing land between city and village,which leads the focus to rural development.Namely, the focus is transfered to the development of rural culture. This paper mainly studies the adaptability and interactive mechanism between the rural community development and rural culture network.How to consider the mechanism of action of rural culture network in the process of rural construction, and at the same time to explore the essential influence for rural culture from rural community construction.This paper includes the following five parts:The first part, introduction. This part mainly elaborates the background of the problem, including the domestic background and international background and the fuse; Review the relevant research referring to foreign and domestic research overview; Research ideas and methods, which are mainly literature study method and qualitative analysis; The innovation and shortage of the research.The second part, the rural community construction and rural network culture: the core concepts and their relations. Through defining the concept of rural community and culture network, we specify the core connotation,characteristics and principles of the object of study.Secondly, we can perceive the relationship and mechanism of action from two perspectives------the subjective and objective perspectives,the theoretical and practical perspectives.The third part, the changes of rural culture network. By investigating the two typical communities in Shandong Province from five aspects------the way of life, customs, rural organizations, the local beliefs and local governance,we can investigate the changes of cultural network and analyze the current status and problems of cultural network according to the result of questionnaires, interviews and so on.The fourth part, the analysis of interaction. Firstly, in pursuit of the historical trace of the rural community construction in the cultural network and examining the influence and roles of cultural network from the four historical stages,the paper comes to the conclusion that we could get the results that rural community construction cannot leave the cultural network.Secondly, we could analyze the nature of the rural community construction from cultural network.The paper states the situations from three aspects------the status of rural village, system structure and the structure of the cultural value.The fifth part, conclusion. We must respect the cultural tradition in the country society and do it step by step and adjust measures to local conditions.The reform of the rural society is a kind of social transformation,which is not only a simple and rough process of the traditional crumble and the establishment of the new social relationships.We should respect the traditional transform gradually and avoid the structural shocks because of huge tension.
