Research On Community Cultural Construction Of Village Transformation Under The Integration Of Urban And Rural Areas

As the grassroots organization of our society,community plays an important role in the development of harmonious society.With the development of economy and society,the promotion of urban-rural integration and the adjustment of zoning,urban community culture construction develops well.But in recent years,population mobility between urban and rural areas intensified,and the city space is extremely limited,which needs to continuously expand the scope of rural change city,so that "village change"community number increasing to alleviate the pressure of urban communities.And the increase in the number of "Village change" community will lead to uneven development of community culture in different cities,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cultural construction and system innovation of the "village changing" community,so that "social person" becomes the "community person" who cares,supports and participates in community construction,management and service.In this paper,some residents in Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province were surveyed by sampling questionnaires,sorted out the results of questionnaires,consulted the relevant papers,combined practical investigation with theoretical research,and studied the community culture construction of "village change"under the integration of urban and rural areas.At first,the paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the relevant research review and the research methods of the thesis.Secondly,it expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the community culture construction of "village change".Thirdly,it expounds the relationship between urban-rural integration and "village change"community culture construction,and analyzes the necessity of "village changing" community culture construction.And through the field visit survey,analysis of the results of the questionnaire,summed up the current "village change" community cultural construction of the achievements and problems occurred.Finally,from the cultural identity,the construction content,the management system,the safeguard system four aspects proposed "the village changes the residence" the Community culture construction path.It is an important content of urban and rural community construction to build a better embodiment of cultural connotation and promote the development of urban and rural economy in the community,and it is also an important measure to promote the harmonious and balanced development of urban and rural enterprises.
