Research On The Form Of Interaction And Its Evolution Between Community Workers And Residents In The Background Of Dual Transformation

With the development of economy,the advancement of urbanization and the transformation of government functions,the important status of community in people's life is increasingly evident.Under the influence of various social systems and living environment,community workers and community residents have undergone great transformation,and the form of their interaction has also changed.What is the interaction between community workers and community residents in the community?How did this interactive relationship evolve with the change of the system?And what role can professional social workers play in this process?This paper attempts to find the answers to the above questions from the practice of the interaction between community workers and residents in Shanghai's H district.This paper adopts the perspective of "institution and life" to analyze the form and evolution of the interaction between community workers as institutional agents and community residents as living subjects in the living area of the community.This paper uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to collect the characteristics of the two groups of community workers and community residents.Based on the analysis of interview materials,this paper summarizes the relationship between community workers and residents as emotional relationship,instrumental relationship and professional relationship.The study found that the interaction between community workers and residents has undergone an evolution from an emotional relationship-an instrumental relationship-a professional relationship,and the dominant relationship is different in each period.This transformation is based on community work.The relationship between the person and the resident is moving from interpersonal trust to institutional trust,from personified to non-personalized.Moreover,formal systems such as the reform of the community governance system,the reform of the urban housing system,and the establishment of the professional system of community workers promote the evolution of the interaction between the two.At the same time,in the process of interaction between community workers and residents,the results of the informal system such as the discussion platform,the autonomous project,and the three-party system have been produced from the bottom up.These informal institutions work together to promote changes in formal institutions,which in turn promote the formation of modern social governance systems.It is worth noting that the professional relationship between community workers and residents is still in its infancy.With the improvement of the professional requirements of social governance,the establishment of professional relations will become the trend of future development,and professional social work.The involvement of the community can promote better professional relationships between community workers and residents,thereby improving the effectiveness of community services.Therefore,the paper puts forward the methods and paths of professional social workers in the three aspects of value ethics,professional methods and professional teams.
