The Analysis Of Inner-party Caring Relation Within Chinese Communist Party

The caring of inner-party relations is an essential tradition and political advantage of Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It plays an indispensible role of promoting a harmonious party system, strengthening party cohesion and enhancing the sense of honor and party belongings. Therefore, the study of building up a sound caring system within CCP is significant. More problems and lessons could be unveiled and learned from by looking into past experiences in terms of party policies, ideas and methods concerned. Also, specific system planning of how to establish a viable inner-party caring system, which could help the party to fulfill her ideas, stimulate working efficiency and enjoy inner harmony with continuous development in a long-term perspective, would be achieved. And eventually, the success of inner-party relationship within CCP would lead to a more prosperous society.In this dissertation, three aspects of establishing caring relation system within CCP are discussed. Firstly, analysis is made on the theoretical origin of inner-party caring, which covers fundamental principles from Marx and Engels, Lenin, and some chief Chinese leaders of CCP; Secondly, practices、past experiences and the analysis of current concerning inner-party caring are explored and discovered. Practices that discuss in this article are especially related to periods during the New-democratic Revolution and New Era of the CCP; Next aspect is the in-depth analysis of current inner-party caring system. In this part, challenges and weaknesses are examined base on the research of existing system and practices. Meanwhile, reasons behind these problems are explained in details. Last but not least, applicable measures that aim to solve remaining problems and develop a more harmonious society are provided.
