Research On The Innovation Of Social Management Of Development Zones In China

Development zone in our country developed from the industrial zone to economiczone, and then to the multi-functional compound. The regional function went throughtransformation that from the first economic development, technology innovationfunction to high and new technology innovation, economic increase and socialmanagement, business and financial development as the elements of the modern urbanfunction. The social management function as a development zone managementcommittee in need of development management function, need more concern and study.Based on the construction of development zone social management mode for the center,taking Nantong economic and technology development zone as an example, this thesisput forward some suggestions to our perfect social management work of our country’sdevelopment zone.Firstly, through the literature review, combing the domestic and foreign researchdevelopment zone social management theory.And analysis the reasons of a smallnumber of literature of the social management of the Research Development Zone.Thenlessons from the development zone management theory and social management theorytwo aspects of the handover plate, for the development of the social management afterstudy lays a theoretical foundation. Secondly, in chapter one, this paper analyzes thedevelopment zone development of three stages: the construction of the developmentzone development stage, the construction of the development zone development stageand the construction of the development zone rectification period. This thesis alsodiscusses the changes of the urban function of our country development zone in thethree stages of. Taking Nantong economic and technology development zone for example, thesecond chapter mainly discusses the development zone obtained social managementexperience and economic and technical development zone social management of thenew characteristics of present.
