The Research Of The Poorhouse In Henan Province Of The Nanjing National Government Period

Since modern times, natural and man-made disasters have occurred frequently, which lead to a large number of social vulnerable groups, the existence of which seriously endangers the social stability. In order to properly place them, the period of Nanjing national government has built many social relief agencies, which are different from the ones that of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, including Franciscan School、Lifeline Church and other traditional relief agencies. They broke through the traditional limitation of remedy mechanism "have not taught", namely advocating "parenting and raising". They adopt the poor in school and also teach the knowledge and skills to help them to enter the society and really achieve the goal of "save". This can be said to be the characteristics of modern relief agencies. In these great new relief agencies, Relief Institute of the period of Nanjing national government for the as one of the new style plays an important role when it deals with the national and local relief work.This paper takes the period of Nanjing national government in Henan Province as an example. Through carrying on the case study and clarifying the Nanjing national government period of relief agencies for the vulnerable groups social relief and the relief actions results.
