Promote The Research Of Institutionalization Of Citizen’s Political Participation

The eighteen National Congress of the CPC report clearly pointed out,"the system construction in a prominent position", to "accelerate the socialist democratic political institutionalization, standardization and routinization, at all levels and in all fields to expand citizens’orderly political participation, to realize the rule of law." System as a system of rules, is a culture of human creation and formed by long-term evolution. The system not only has the important role in the maintenance of social stability, but also help people an important means of access to a happy life. Constantly improve the system level, is to accelerate the need of socialist democracy and political systems, but also to promote the development of productive forces, the improvement of people’s living standard, the inevitable choice of realizing the sustainable development of societyIn this paper, using Marx’s democratic political theory as the guide, based on the trend of Chinese national conditions and development requirements, the world, starting from the actual situation of political participation of Chinese citizens, using political science, economics, sociology and other disciplines theory, using literature research, comparative analysis and other research methods, deeply discussed comprehensively system status, problems, the current political participation, and on this basis to explore the ways of promoting civil system of political participation.The thesis is divided into six parts, the first part and the sixth part is the introduction and conclusion, the text from the beginning of the second part, in order to find the problems—Analysis—solve the problem for the main problems—problems, gradually to promote the institutionalization of citizen political participation are discussed.The second part, mainly discusses the citizen political participation system is the essential requirement of socialist democracy. This is a start from the development history of Chinese citizen’s political participation system, analyzes the development status of Chinese citizen participation in politics since the reform and opening up the election, consultation, decision, supervision system and important feature. The fourth part, mainly analyzes various factors restricting Chinese civil system of political participation. Analyzes the reasons for restricting Chinese citizen’s political participation system from three aspects of economy, politics, culture. The development of market economy level is not high, the democratic political system construction is slow, traditional culture negative factors restricting the speed and quality of Chinese citizen’s political participation system development. The fifth part, mainly discusses the basic path to promote civil system of political participation. Mainly from the improvement of the socialist market economy, socialist democracy, socialist political culture development, puts forward the basic ideas and Countermeasures of promoting civil system of political participation.
