Ideological And Political Education At The Context Of National Cultural Soft Power Building

The21st century is the era of the cultural development of innovative, the era of national cultural soft power competition. Countries in the world are all emphasis on their hard powers such as economic, military, scientific and technological development,while still treat their culture as an important national development strategy and build actively, which aims at increase the attractiveness, cohesion and charisma of their country’s culture. The report made by Comrade Hu Jintao at the seventeenth national congress of the communist party of china set off the climax of the construction of China’s cultural soft power, and as a programmatic document, which is guiding and promoting the development and prosperity of our culture.But with the development of economic globalization and the integration of the world, accompanied by the national exchanges from the multicultural and diverse values of penetration,as well as the stakeholders and class differentiation in China’s socialist modernization process, cultural construction also make people’s ideology, behavior and attitude change.As the Chinese characteristics education, ideological and political education is an cultural and educational activities, which inherent value of cultural soft power. As a guide, it regulate and standardize the social practice of people’s thinking and behavior, and continue to lead China’s socialist core values and to advance the prosperity and development of socialist culture, promote social harmony and progress.It is an important channel of socialist ideology construction in our country. However, in the context of national cultural soft power construction, the ideological and political education is facing internal and external dual challenge. And the value of the ideological and political education should remarkablely presents the promotion of social development and human thinking and behavior shaping. Thus, the analysis on the value of the ideological and political education in the context of national cultural soft power building and implement is the need of the reality. It is also the responsibility and mission of the ideological and political education development.In narrative structure, this thesis is divided into four sections. The first part is the basic theory, which is to explain the content and research value of the national cultural soft power and the value of the ideological and political education, that is the basis of the full text.The second part is mainly analysis the specific characterization of the ideological and political education in the context of national cultural soft power building. This part is the center of this paper, and lay the keynote of the full text.The third part is base on the second part, and further analysis the difficulties of the ideological and political education in the context of national cultural soft power building, and analysis and description of the reason of its difficulties. This part is most hard sections in the full text,and it is also the breakthrough part in this article.The fourth part focuses on the predicament of the value according to the third part, and whose gole is to explore the path how to advance the value of the ideological and political education at the context of national cultural soft power building, which aimed to enhance the ideological and political education’s effect as a national special cultural soft power and reflect it’s value of the times. The results of this research can provid a new research angle for the ideological and political education and achieve study, and enhance the research meaning of reality on the value of ideological and political education.
