CCP’s Political Techniques In Authority Establishment

As a product of political civilization development, political technology is a concept in the modern sense, but the practice of which is long-standing. Products of the modern political civilization, like political parties, have an inseparable relationship with political technology naturally for the power-motivate essence different from other social groups. To political parties, political technical mastery and application techniques, are directly related to the success or failure about regime capture, establishment and maintenance. The Communist Party of China in the Chinese mind, to some extent, is a perfect political technology presentation history.This paper chooses farmers in1949-1953as the analysis object, based on the construction of political authority perspective, systematically and carefully reviews the political technology about "destroy the old and establish the new" in early years of the new People’s Republic of China. According to the implementation of "destroy the old and establish the new" and the feedback of audiences, this paper tries to show the skilled and excellent political technology operation of CCP.In general framework, this paper can be divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, literature review and research methods three contents. This chapter focuses on a systematic review of existing research results, getting the research status of political technology, political technology and clearing the positioning and basis for further research.The second chapter is about the review of theory and research framework. Through the review of concepts and theory related, this chapter gets the general research idea, clears the three main parts of political authority construction frame:"destroy the old","establish the new" and its social effect.The third chapter is on political technology of "destroy the old". Through the careful analysis about setting widely complains and manufacturing class divisions and conflicts, this chapter intends to obtain how can CCP promote the completely break between farmers and the old authority, and the political identity to the new one.The fourth chapter is on political technology of "establish the new". Based on the practical needs of the new authority construction, this chapter analyses on meeting farmers’subsistence rationality and rural social integration, reveals the political skills CCP used to obtain political identity in peasant groups.The fifth chapter is about the social effects of "destroy the old and establish the new". This chapter, based on chapter three and four, presents the realistic social effects about "destroy the old and establish the new", including the increase of peasants’ political participation, the gratitude to political leaders and the initially formed national idea, so as to achieve the further understanding of political technology of CCP.The sixth chapter is a conclusion. Based on the previous analysis, this chapter gets a preliminary summary of the whole paper, and points out the limitations and worthy of further study.
