Research On The Structural And Characteristics Of Farmers' Political Attitude And Its Influencing Factors

Political attitude is a barometer for people to view and reflect political phenomena and a powerful tool to explain political behaviors.For China in the period of transition,political attitude is an important aspect to measure the modernization of national governance.As the main social constituent force in China's social strata,the political attitude of farmers reflects the substantive effect of policy implementation,reflects the reality of farmers' political life,and is the fundamental and decisive force supporting China's national governance.Therefore,from the perspective of internal structure and external characteristics,it is of certain practical and theoretical significance to deeply analyze the status of farmers' political attitude and trace its influencing factors for the development of national governance and grass-roots level governance as well as political psychology in China.This paper adopts the self-compiled questionnaire on Chinese farmers' political attitude,through the quantitative study of 1087 samples and the analysis of the interview data of a certain number of people,explains the internal structure and external characteristics of farmers' political attitude,and probes into the internal and external factors that influence farmers' political attitude.The research finds that: first,the internal structure of farmers presents the non-equilibrium characteristics of "low level of political cognition,high level of political emotion and high level of political behavior tendency".Secondly,in terms of external characteristics,the peasant's political attitude is characterized by strong consistency,partial contradiction and "practical rationality".Thirdly,the internal factors affecting the political attitude of farmers: political memory,as the "primary" factor in the formation of farmers' political attitude,is the "bottom plate" of its internal structure and external characteristics.The psychology of keeping up with the joneses aggravates the "practical rationality" of the peasant's political attitude.Fourth,from the perspective of external attribution,profit or not has an impact on the internal structure and external characteristics of farmers' political attitude.Interest satisfaction will promote the consistency of external characteristics of farmers' political attitude;on the contrary,lack of profit will lead to the "disequilibrium" of internal structure of farmers' political attitude.And the policy implementation of the pros and cons of the political attitude of farmers to highlight the contradiction.Therefore,it is necessary to change the negative characteristics of farmers' political attitude from both internal and external perspectives.On the one hand,it is necessary to weaken the negative memory in political memory,enhance farmers' political cognition,and get rid of the negative effect of comparison and conformity.On the other hand,it is necessary to guide and educate farmers to form a correct "concept of benefits",and to eliminate the negative aspects of farmers' political attitude by strengthening the effectiveness of the implementation of government policies.
