Research On Ethics Construction In The Period Of Social Transformation In China

At present, Chinese society is in intensifying the reform of social transformation, the transformation is wide and deep, the reform of the systems and mechanisms consist of politics, economy, culture, etc. Especially the basic economic mode and social life model of transformation and development, will inevitably lead to new ethical requirements, and social transition ethical moral transformation was changed, so new requirements for construction of social transition ethical moral transformation is needed.In this paper, the requirements for social transition ethical moral transformation was analysed, strengthening the socialist ethics construction is the premise and basis of individual attributes promoting and the requirements for social transition, also it is the protection of the socialist market economic development and the requirements for the construction of socialist harmonious society.In this paper, facing the difficulties and the reasons in the social transition of public ethics construction were analysed. It is thought that the difficulties in the ethics construction consist of the lack of social credibility system, the consciousness of the social and public power, the proliferation of negative morality and values, moral evaluation dislocation, and the weakening of moral control system, etc. Causes of the difficulties was included not only the objective aspects but also the subjective aspects.In the present paper, from the counter-measures, conquering the difficulties in the social transition of ethics construction, optimizing the construction of external environment for ethics is needed, and the major requirements consist of improving the socialist market economic system, strengthening political institution-building, improving the social and legal system, establishing of a fair and just society run system. At the same time, strengthening the construction of internal requirements for ethics is needed, and the major requirements consist of ethical construction of the main diversification, ethical construction of scientific content, rationalization, attention to the institutionalization of ethical construction, era of ethical system.
