"Active Aging": A Study On Measures To Cope With Aging Of Population By Government Of Wuhan Metropolitan Allies

The population data newly reported by Statistical Bureau is showing that aging of population in China will enter the rapid period of development in the 12th Five-Year Plan period, at that time the rapid development of aging, being empty-nest makes aging of population more and more worse, which will inevitably be a block to realize the 12th Five-Year Plan. The same problem will happen in the process of development of Wuhan metropolitan allies. In social construction of "Two-Type" in Wuhan metropolitan allies, if pressure of aging of population can be relieved and sustainable development of population can be realized, which definitely will actively promote sound, fast and sustainable development of Wuhan metropolitan allies. First it sorts out relative theories about aging of population, and simply analyzes it to give theoretical foundation for the following solution; and then simply reviews measures to cope with aging by regional government abroad based on analyzing dialectical relation between aging of population and sustainable development; and finally points out sustainable development of population is necessary and basic condition of development of "Two-Type"society.The second part analyzes status quo. This part analyzes situation of aging of population in regional economies of Wuhan metropolitan allies, and its influence lying in that aging of population is bottleneck constraints of social construction of "Two-Type"in Wuhan metropolitan allies, and simply explains manifestation of influence of aging of population from the perspectives of social security system for old people, public service system involved old people, and management of aging society, giving pertinent way of thinking for the following solution discussion.The third part discusses solution. According to relative theories of active aging the author thinks that generally active aging is very important to solve problem of aging society, and then explains from the perspectives of social security system for old people, public service system involved old people, and management of aging society, analyzing specific solution for relieve pressure of social construction of "Two-Type"by aging of population, and discussing measures to support the elderly harmoniously.The innovation of the paper lies in: firstly, it discusses measures to cope with aging by government of Wuhan metropolitan allies from perspective of active aging, keenly finding out conditionality of population in construction of Wuhan metropolitan allies, and combing construction of Wuhan metropolitan allies, the scientific concept of development, and measures to actively cope with aging of population, that is a new perspective; secondly, the author gives personal ideas after finishing study, that is putting forward measures to actively cope with problem of aging from perspective of management of the elderly, public service of aging, social security of aging.
