Research On The Achievement Goal Orientation And Attribution Of Young Volleyball Players In Liaoning Province

Chinese women volleyball team has achieved champions many times in the world, and many volleyball coaches and psychologists have also paid great attention to think highly of how to train volleyball players’psychological quality. In sports, what affects players’psychological quality is aim and direct task. The concrete direct tasks can arouse the players’interesting, and make the direct tasks by themselves can descend their inner motive. They are always affected by the reasons which often comes from their moods, motives and hopes after being a player. Training and direct task after finishing the games is the starting of following actions, so it’s very important to study the direct aims and task.My studies adopt many literatures, experts’ideas, psychological measure and data statistics。The objects are those who take part in the 2010 volleyball champion of Liaoning province. I use“The Investigating Paper for Volleyball Players”and“Volleyball Players’Direct Task Paper”to provide the enough and strong foundation for coaches, and to perfect their achievement aim and direct task.According to my study, I make the following conclusion: 1. For the achievement aim direct, the women players are better than the men in Liaoning Province. The top players are better than the beaches. The players who are perfect in games are better than those who are not perfect in games. 2. The young players’condition in success is inner, controlled and steady, their condition in failure is outside, uncontrolled and unsteady. 3. To compare with the players who have sports for a long time, who have rich experiences and good game achievement, those who are lower than them haven’t scientific, reasonable condition. 4. A player‘s standard of direct task can affect his or her sport achievement. 5. The relationship between a player’s achievement aim and psychological quality affect their attitude to their training and game.
