Along with the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the scale of migrant people is expanding. With the massive tide of the migrant people,compulsory education for the children of rural migrant workers becomes a veryimportant issue,which attracts attention from all walks of the society. School of ruralmigrant worker’s children, which is the essential part of compulsory education formigrant children, plays a more and more important role. However, during the processof receiving compulsory education, those children have difficulties in theirinterpersonal communication, social adaptation, and communication with their parents.What’s more, children in the junior high school will have to deal with the dilemma ofentering higher schools and carrying out career planning. Social work sticks to theidea of "person in environment" and the professional value of "help others, helpyourself", using the professional skills to develop the individual potential andadvantages, and it has very obvious advantages to settle those problems the childrenare confronted with.On the basis of stating the theoretical and developmental background of the schoolsocial work at home and abroad, this paper uses qualitative research methods toanalysis and summarize the social work intervention model in three migrant childrenschools in Beijing and Shen Zhen, and gradually explore suitable social interactivemode involved in migrant children’s school. Based on the social interactive model which is summarized by Alderson, this model respectively uses ecological systemtheory and the theory of life and living education as the framework and content guide.Besides, the model takes school social worker as the core strengthening, and fullymobilizes the resources of the government, enterprises, communities and universitiesunder the effect of the nearby Community Youth Integrated Services Centre. Thisform can combine into resultant force to provide fully and properly service to themigrant children’s school. All in all, the mode what combines the advantages of theprogram social workers and the system of school social workers has importantpractical significance to the conditions of urgent need of social workers and theshortage of school social workers in migrant children’s school.
