The Role Of Social Organizations In Urban Community Culture Construction Mechanism Research

At present, the Chinese society is now going through a dramatic transitionsection, which causes social changes almost everywhere. The community, as one ofthe cells in society, is also changing accordingly under this social background. Withthe acceleration of urbanization process in China, community construction andcommunity management has already received universal attention. As one of the mostimportant aspects of community construction, community culture construction is notonly a part of the social public management, but also provides great opportunities forsocial workers to practice their professional skills. As a matter of fact, because of itstremendous influence, culture is the living soul of a community. On one side,community culture construction is of great benefit when it comes to building aspiritual civilization and a harmonious community. On the other side, it can help ussolving the awkward problems during the social transition section.In this research, I mainly focused on what can social organizations do incommunity culture construction, and how can they do it. It is definitely a newperspective in this field of research. The positive research of social organizationsparticipating in community culture construction is using the method of case study andcommunity study by enough interview and fact finding in primary level communities,which includes the following five parts:The part one of introduction shows the background, current situation, purpose,significance and method of this research.The part two of concepts and theories introduces community, culture andcommunity culture, the relevant concepts theories of theories and social organizationsetc.The part three of current research discusses the developing model of cultureconstruction in Chinese urban community, and the successes and matters.The part four demonstrates the effect system and advance research of socialorganizations participating in community culture construction through the five aspectsof intervening channel, capital resource, content and form, assess and feedback, project and design, and examples supplementary. Moreover, this part presents theunique function of social organizations participating in community cultureconstruction from three aspects of organization advantages, specialized advantagesand visual angle advantages.The part five points out that the research of matters and countermeasures ofsocial organizations participating in community culture construction by the five sidesof difficult in intervening channel and capital, the relationship with government,self-developing shortage and comprehending defects in substance of communityculture construction. In addition, this part provides not just suggestions but alsocountermeasures, for a deeper and continues research in this field.
