With the development of economy and progress of society, the level of social welfare of people is enormously promoted. Meanwhile, however,people are confronted with increasingly complicated and diversified social problems and contradictions. It is common for the government to ignore some of the groups of people while providing public service with a state of “unable to do what one hopes to”, especially in the field of the vulnerable groups. Hence, the emergence of non-profit social organizations is capable of not only remedying the limitations of public service from the government, but also promoting the harmonious development of society. While, because of the defects, like shortage of money, lack of professional talents, irregularity of management,coming from its developing process, the blossom of itself is severely hindered. Thus, for the sake of the development of the non-profit social organization, the government offers giant support politically and economically which is one of the reasons why the non-profit social organization has flourished a lot. To regulate the development of the non-profit social organization, it is necessary to accelerate its professionalism and specialization, to utilize the administrative management of social work.In this thesis, the researcher takes social organization A in Wudang district, Guiyang, as the studying objective and from the administrativeperspective of social work, analyzes the development of the non-profit social organization. First of all, the relevant policies, from the non-profit social organization development development status and the development of three aspects summarizes the non-profit social organizations in Guiyang city; secondly, the advantages of A survey,social organization of the current operation characteristics and operation are briefly described; moreover, from the social organization and management level and the social work professional the construction of human resources level to explore some problems which appear in the process of development, and according to these problems to analyze its causes. At last, aiming to facilitate the virtuous development of the non-profit social organization, the researcher puts forward with 2suggestions: improving the regulation of institution management and enforcing the construction of professional talents ranks. It is emphasized by this thesis that the administrative management of social work functions as monitor in its developing process and it is of great significance to promote mutual virtuous development. Consequently, the researcher is looking forward to providing reference values in the research of this kind.
