| As a result of new curriculum reform, teaching effectiveness has gradually become the focus ofattention. In this reform, traditional methods and models for teaching have hampered educationdevelopment. As for those of "statistical course" teaching, they have not only brought greatchallenges but also valuable opportunities for educational development in our country. Therefore,there are urgent needs to launch research for effective strategy research for "statistical course"teaching in primary school.After detailed summarization of effective teaching theories both at home and abroad,conclusions have been drawn that there are little studies which are combined with teachingcontents and relative theories. Accordingly, research in this paper was based on the integration ofeffective teaching theories and "statistical course" characteristics in primary school. Review onanalysis from questionnaires about "statistical course" both indicate there are serious problems inteaching, such as, poor analysis about textbook, careless activities on class, random andunreasonable questions during teaching process, lack of reflection about teaching method andmodel, and so on. Thereby, five strategies have been brought about on the base of problems andtheory talked above, they are: a) transfer teaching thought and strengthen teacher re-education; b)clarify teaching goal and optimize textbook content; c) treasure life experience and buildreasonable scene; d) add mathematical analysis and develop statistical ability; and e) encourageteaching reflection and better comprehensive evaluation.Derived from this research, new designs were put forward, which would verify the fact that,during nowadays teaching process, the "statistical course" focuses on the calculation but analysis,and data process but verification about data accuracy; and implement the proposal that, in Standardof Mathematics Curriculum, the teaching of "statistical course" should pay more attention tostatistical idea development. Nevertheless, there may be locality in strategies recommended in thisresearch and lack deep exploration on integration of effective teaching principal and "statisticalcourse" content, because these strategies were concluded from practices. Accordingly, it also needsfurther study and practice on this topic in the future. |
