| The carrying out process of new curriculum is the process which teachers adjust and switch themselves. The carrying out process of new curriculum is the process which teachers adjust and switch themselves.The problem of the role-switching for teachers is not only the key contene of new curriculum reform but also a necessary condition.The article starts with the variety of the new curriculum in the teaching idea ,and discuss that the innovation of the new curriculum has a new request for the teaching quality ; compare the request between teachers' tradional part and the new part of the reform of new curriculum;try to locate the politics teacher's role. Politics teachers should change from the executor of the course to the construtor ; they should also change from the situation where teachers teach students to the ones where teachers communicate with students ,study together and develop together ;they should change from the transfer of the knowledge to the investigator,and from the initiator of the knowledge to the promoter for students' development,and from the students'governor to the guide for students'development.At the same time ,the innovation of the new curriculum create some new requests for politics teachers :politics teachers should try to become equal dialodists,promoter of the structure of courses ,disigner of the course ,co-partners of the teaching ,the investigator of the education,the expert of politics,the helper of students ,the promoter for the students' studying the students' mental doctor of the health care ,and teachers should be full of the critisize spirit. As a teacher who is working in practise, to the new curriculum reforms the writer reasoningly think something: we should treat the change of the teaching idea with science attitude; Treat the student's corpus position with science attitude; Treat the change of the way of study with science attitude; Treat the application of the multi-media technique with science attitude. |
