Pre-school sports is an important part of pre-school preschool, pre-school physical education teachers are the organizers and participants in sports work, therefore, pre-school sports social needs teachers and personnel training standard, pre-school physical education curriculum as the focus of attention, and is directly related to the level of pre-school physical education teachers to improve and the formation of the concept of lifelong sports.This paper, literature, interview, questionnaire and statistics of the city of Shenyang five to some kindergarten teacher knowledge, ability and quality structure situations and pre-school physical education teachers in the social needs of the investigation, analysis of pre-school physical education the training objectives and developing specifications to build a more rational, efficient and meet the market demand for pre-school physical education curriculum for pre-Shenyang Teacher Professional Development to provide a theoretical reference. The following conclusions:(1) Shenyang pre-school teachers on physical activity knowledge is deeper, to from a child growth and development on child emotional characteristics, early childhood language communication, early childhood personality development and other aspects of insights; Nursery Sports in the situation is not ideal, sports content and form are single, active time does not meet standards.(2) Shenyang preschool teachers’knowledge development structure is not on balance , human sciences and tools of knowledge exist gaps, lack of physical education theory, sports skills class knowledge; Shenyang preschool teachers teaching ability, practical ability and self-development capacity can not meet demands, needed to improve the physical activity program organization and implementation capacity, preschool physical basic skills teaching ability, sports injury emergency treatment, motor protection, innovation, research ability; Shenyang preschool teacher quality structure evaluation is better, Most teachers have high professional and ethical standards and moral qualities.(3) Shenyang City, the major nursery for pre-school athletic talent have needs, and requiring pre-school athletics to master pre-school, pre-psychology, pre-health science knowledge, and to ask sports outstanding professional skills, it is not only necessary to meet the nursery for pre-school teachers basic competency requirements, but also for physical education teachers to meet the overall quality of nursery requirements.(4) Sports Professional Training Pre-Orientation in the "multi-skill" applied talent; with PE teaching ability, creating capacity, ability to control teaching activities, child safety protection, organization, competition ability.(5) physical education courses at pre-school compulsory and elective courses, compulsory public basic course from the professional foundation courses, specialize courses and composition of social practice; elective courses and cultural quality of education, and any elective classes.For the above Something are recommended to increase Preschool teacher sports-related teaching skills, to increase educational and administrative departments on preschool physical implementation of the monitoring and assessment, development of pre-school teaching objectives; to improve the kindergarten teachers integrated knowledge structure, to increase the introduction of pre-school PE teacher efforts; pre-school sports personnel training, establishment of social demand, the overall quality of applications in order to cultivate talent for the goal of the professional curriculum.
