Recent years,the employment situation of physical education major graduates in Heilongjiang province has been diversification;however,the university physical education professional curriculum structure has been unable to adapt to current social needs and employment status.This study analyzes the employment status of 600 education graduates in heilongjiang province and the curriculum settings of corresponding universities by using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,etc.and makes the following conclusions: the number of Heilongjiang Province physical education graduates engaging in physical education teachers of primary and secondary school gradually reduces.The number of choosing flexible employment in the form of sports trainer is increasing year by year.With the development of social economy and the guidance of school employment,graduates’ employment idea is changing.From the original focus on the establishment of the system of civil servants and public institutions,gradually changed to focus on various forms of flexible employment.At present,the social needs of education professional in sports are biased towards "plug and play" compound comprehensive talents.In Heilongjiang Province,there are a lot of compulsory courses in the structure system of education specialized courses in universities and the overall curriculum is relatively unitary.Compulsory courses account for a high proportion of professional class schedules;the disadvantage of professional knowledge having been learned deeply will easily limit the students’ knowledge,which not conducive to the all-round development of students.The major elective courses are not wide enough,most of which are elective courses of special sports,lacking of optional course settings for other theories.In the public course,the proportion of moral education is too large,and too few courses are set for broadening the scope of knowledge.As a result,the education graduates in heilongjiang province are generally characterized by strong technical quality,and weak theoretical research ability and knowledge innovation ability.The proportion of elective courses is too small and the offered courses are not comprehensive so it is difficult to cultivate the individual comprehensive quality of students to meet the overall needs of the professional talents.Education internship is too short and the student internship exercise opportunity is not enough.Students don’t pay enough attention to the graduation thesis.Students often copy or collage the articles in the pressure of employment and internship.Students’ innovative research ability cannot be fully exercised and improved in school.
