Research On The Training Program Of Physical Education Undergraduate In Physical Education College Of Zhengzhou University By Comparative Visual Angle

With the rapid development of economy,the social division of labor is becoming more and more fine,the contradiction between the stability of talent training objective and the gradually changeable of social demands inevitably raise.The current situation of physical education personal training in china is an example.Generally speaking,the factors that affect the quality of the cultivation of professionals are mainly manifested in four aspects,namely,social demand,students' quality,training program and environmental conditions.Among them,as a professional entity,the training program has relative stability.The Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University as the only higher sports college in Henan Province,In the "13th Five-Year Plan",the college clearly proposed to play a leading role in Henan province's higher physical education,and strive to build a first-class,national well-known applied undergraduate physical education colleges;as one of the main specialty in colleges,physical education should play a leading role.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,comparative research,based on the comparative analysis on the present training program of physical education specialty in Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University and other colleges in Henan Province,the paper digs into and elucidates the problems and causes of the training program of physical education major in Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University,and puts forward the targeted and operative advice to adjust and optimize the program.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the future revision of the physical education program of the Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University.The conclusions of this study are as follows:First,compared with other colleges and universities in Henan Province in terms of training program of physical education specialty,the training goals of the Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University are more unified,mainly exports the experts in the filed of "school physical education" at the same time,involves other talents in sports,more specific in terms of training specifications;what's more,we pay more attention to the studying of the specialized technical courses and the training of the competence in education and teaching,while,the time arrangement of educational practice and graduation thesis(design)is unreasonable,should further adjust and improve.Second,the problems in the current training program of physical education specialty in Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University are: the orientation of training goal is not clear and accurate;the training specification and training goal are not completely consistent;the specialized technical course needs to be improved;the modularization of professional orientation needs to be further adjusted;the situation that social demand for present and the pertinence of employment guidance course need to be improved.Third,the relevant departments of the physical education college of the Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University did not fully consider the regional economy development and the need of society,little emphasize the source quality of the physical education specialty student,the modularization of professional orientation classification is lacking in leading and limitation,personnel training merged into social demand is not well when they make the training objective and training specification of the physical education specialty.In view of the existing problem,the suggestions are as follows:To serve the sports power construction and Henan physical culture development better,the training program of physical education specialty in the Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University should be formulated diversified training specifications;constantly optimized its curriculum system,promoted the general education education curriculum,strengthen the humanities education;integrated the similar functions of the curriculum,increased the duration of specialized technical courses;on the modularization of the professional direction,we can try to set up same optional course in different classes;strengthen the investigation on the current situation of social demand,update in time,do a good job guidance work and so on.
