The primary Chinese language and literature is a basic discipline andthe basic to learn well of other disciplines. Learning words is the basic oflearning well of Chinese language and literature. In the reform of primarylanguage literacy teaching, Literacy teaching methods has made thelargest achievement. Teaching and research of Chinese characters is alsovery active. Since the1970s, with the theoretical model ofstudent-centered was raised, People began to pay more attention to thestudy of learners. Learning strategies becomes one of the focus ofChinese language and literature teaching and research.In the21st century, with the updating of knowledge and theintensification of the pace of development, people is facing the trials andchallenges of the times. Learning how to learn becomes the core of thedevelopment of education. Learning to learn is to learn to master thecognitive tools to master the tools of lifelong learning, to adapt to thepace of development of the knowledge economy era.National long-term education reform and development Plan"(2010-1020) said,” Improve the quality as the core mission of educationreform and development…. Focus on the allocation of educationalresources and school to strengthen teaching and improve the quality of education up”. In compulsory education, pay attention to conduct training,to stimulate interest in learning, deepen the reform of curriculum andteaching methods, to implement small class teaching.The effectiveness ofteaching visible impact on improving the quality of education. Studentlearning outcomes is an important indicator of the effectiveness of theteaching evaluation. The quality of the learning effect depends not onlyon the teachers to teach, also depends on the students’ learning.Studentshow to learn, whether patriotic and other issues of curriculum reform anddevelopment needs.The research of lower grades pupils of the city of Lhasa Chineselearning strategies, from the perspective of the learner to understand theinitial primary and secondary school students in learning ChineseLearning Strategies, thus draw on teachers’ classroom. Acceptance of thelearners and the learning state, a direct impact on the effects of bilingualeducation carried out. Base on learners of Chinese language learningstrategies, starting from the three aspects of the cognitive strategies ofChinese characters, Chinese characters metacognitive strategies andresource management strategies, elementary school students of Chineselanguage learning strategy with a view to learning strategy instruction andits application to help primary school students of Chinese characters.This article includes the following aspects:The first part is the introduction. Three aspects of the problem, the theoretical basis and significance outlined in this paper the basiccategories and basic research.The second part is Related Research: from the three dimensions ofthe foreign, national and ethnic minority areas to introduce literacyteaching and learning strategy research.The third part is the study design. Include the main goal of this study,the object of study, research methods and tools of this study to elucidate.The fourth part is the analysis of measurement results.Cognitivestrategies on the trial of Chinese characters, Chinese charactersmetacognitive strategies and resource management strategies of the threeaspects of statistical data analysis, the use of learning strategies ofprimary school students of Chinese characters.Part Ⅴ is recommended to optimize the primary school Chinesecharacter learning strategies to promote.
