Attracted by economic development, a large number of migrant workers go to villages and towns in Zhejiang province. They also bring a lot of migrant children. Migrant children integrating into the local society is related to the growth of themselves and the development of local society. Social inclusion is an important aspect of individual socialization. Peer as a significant other of children’s socialization, plays an important role in the process of migrant children’s social inclusion.In this essay, migrant children of migrant school are the main research objects, migrant children of public school for reference. The essay explores the influence of peer interaction in migrant children’s social inclusion. Conclusions drawn from the research:migrant children in mixed class of public school are in the best condition of social inclusion; migrant children in national class of public school have a better condition of social inclusion than migrant children of migrant school. Social inclusion of migrant children exists school differences. The differences of the schools is the existence of local children in class. In the migrant school, migrant children who have more communication with local children have a better condition of social inclusion. High degree of social inclusion of migrant children in peer interaction showing the features are:having local friends; choosing friends with an open mind; exchanges in diverse forms; in-depth conversations; having a strong willingness to make friends. Contacts with local children promote migrant children’s social inclusion. But the lack of opportunities for contacts causing a lot of migrant children can not communicate with local children.In order to create opportunities for migrant children of migrant school to contact with local children, this essay suggests that educators can give them help from three aspects:improving the external communication environment, train their consciousness of communication and communication skills. On the external environment, improve the institutional environment, advocating more migrant children into the mixed class of public schools; in the space environment, increase the interaction between different schools, families may change the living environment properly, community can make use of existing resources to provide peer interaction with places and activities.; in the psychological environment, build self-esteem and self-confidence campus atmosphere, free and safe family atmosphere and harmonious community environment. Training consciousness of communication: let migrant children have a correct understanding of commumcation and a good attitude towards contacts. On communication skills:educate migrant children to pay attention to their external image; learn proper exposure, seeking contacts; use appropriate communication media, making the communication more smoothly.
