With the development of economic,many peasant-worker families who migrated their families to the city began to gradually return home due to various reasons.Resulting in the emergence of a huge group of migrant workers' children.The migrant worker' children that can be better adapted and integrated into their hometowns is directly related to their level of socialization and their life's development.The study takes the XX village in Henan province as an example to study the problem of rural social inclusion of migrant workers' children.This article mainly studies the junior high school students aged from 13 to 16.It used the semi-structured in-depth interviews to understand the problems about the migrant workers' children in social inclusion of daily life,culture and psychology social interaction,school education and family education.And the social inclusion difficulties of migrant workers' children is mainly attributed to four aspects.The first,the migrant workers' children are lack of the self-inclusion ability;The second,it is the poor care taken by parents,the parent-child relationship is indifferent;The third,it is lack of support from school,and the exclusion from the peer groups;The fourth,It is the monotony of teaching methods and the curricuculum should be tested;The five,The children are labeled,and it is lack of the support from the community.Through the annalysis of rural social inclusion of migrant workers' children,the author proposes different solutions based on the social work professional knowledge and specific conditions.It includes five aspects of countermeasures and recommendations:The first is that the children of migrant workers who want to return home should exert their subjective,and they should actively adjust their mentality;The second is that parents should strengthen the communication with their children and strengthen parent-child interaction.The third is that schools should strengthen the support and improve the educational function;The fourth is the teacher should update their teaching methods,and enrich the curriculum.The five is to strenghten publicity and education,and build a harmonious community.The proposal of different ways to solve the problem has important implications and important functions for improving the rural social inclusion of migrant workers' children.
