The essential meaning of Urbanization is to change residents of countryside to residents of city, and to spread the way of city life as well as urban civilization. In order to attain the objective, we must pay attention to the citizenization of migrant, especial the citizenization of peasants living in cities. Previously, many people thought that the key factor of obstructing the procedure of citizenization is the census register system. But now, scholars generally hold a different standpoint, that is, the procedure of citizenization is a very complex one, involving several stages, such as entering, adaptation, inclusion and total assimilation. During the period, the procedure of citizenization may be influenced by many factors, including human capital, earning by working in city, interpersonal network, relations inside family, relations inside organization and different kinds of material factors as well as nonmaterial factor. These factors are all have connection with social capital except for material base and cultural environment. So the author of the paper chose social capital as research angle. Through research on the procedure of migrants' social inclusion, the author probes the role of social capital in migrants' entering and inclusion from the respect of the social capital of relationship and the social capital of institution, so as to provide a new case of research on migrant peasants' citizenization, further to reveal the characteristics and forming mechanism, and then to provide advice on the construction of social capital.Through the research, we can conclude that, from whether to enter a certain city, to operating one's business, helping mutually in the aspect of economic and emotion, adapting one's life to his living community, and so on, are all deeply influenced by one's social capital of relationship. Although the social capital of working relationship belongs to the social capital of relationship, it is the last resource that these transporters are willing to resort to. And it reflects the negative respect in the process of operating social capital. Furthermore, not every transporter can directly utilizes his social capital of working relationship, sometime he must use his social capital of relationship to active other person's such resource. Self-organization that cultivating the social capital of institution hasn't fully developed. Transporters' actions that looked like organizational behaviors were actually spontaneous acts under external pressure. Among the factors that affect the intension of settlement of these transporters and their family members, family capital's affection is the most prominent.
