Since the beginning of 2010 China has launched a project of "national training plan" for the implementation of teachers’ remote training, by the end of 2013 the number of key teachers who participated in the "national training program" up to 350 million. In the whole process of project implementation, the plan not only achieved good training effect, but also expanded further training work and gradually strengthened training efforts. Of course, based on feedback from the results of the project, we also found some deficiency of training work, for example, the relevance of the training content is not clear, the training methods are too simple, the training quality is difficult to monitor and the training effect is not obvious, and so on.Therefore, in order to solve the main problems during the training, we tried to make a model for school-and-network-based blending training, and we hope this model can improve teachers’ training quality and achieve better training effect. The specific tasks include:(1) The relevant theoretical research of blended learning. By reading a lot of literatures we analyzed the activity theory、Kolb’s experiential learning cycle model、 SECI knowledge transformation model and the blended learning theory, and by learning that we can lay the foundation for the study of learning activity design model about school-and-network-based blending training.(2) The construction of learning activity design model for school-and-network-based blending training. Based on learning theory knowledge, we proposed the three layer model of activity design about mixed training "grinding course" and themed training activities design model in blended training, and the model building thoughts are related to the "grinding course" basic operational processes and online and offline’s training activities design in blended training.(3) Learning activity design cases for school-and-network-based blending training. According to the blended training learning activity models we had built, we designed appropriate blended training learning activities cases.(4) Implementation and evaluation of Learning Activities for School-and-network-based Blending Training. Finally, by collecting and analyzing the blended learning platform’s data, we summarized the application of activities forschool-and-network-based blending training, drew conclusions and made further improvements.The feature of this paper is that:Aimed at teachers blended training model is still in an immature stage, we tried to study the teachers blended training model, and built a more reasonable teachers blended training model. we hope to provide a reference of ideas for the majority of experts, scholars, university administrators and teachers who participate in the study about blended training activity design model.
