Study On County Town Characteristics Of Rural Junior Middle School Education Under Theoretical Perspective Of Educational Equity

At present, rural junior school students have had the right of the equal opportunityof entering school basically in our country. However, a large amounts of students transferto city school for the reasons of the poor conditions for running school、weak teachingforces and low standards of teaching in rural school, which, the need can’t be met thequality education resources by students and their parents. These problems arouse juniorschool students reduce rapidly、 unreasonable structure of teachers、 shortage ofeducational funds and no students in rural school. Policy guarantee is the based step, China government should makesome policies to change the urban-rural dual structure、allocate and utilize the availableeducational resources to make sure the traffic safety of rural junior middle schoolstudents. Mechanism support is the key step, to build up teachers and studentsmanagement mechanism、to build up “allowance and financial aid” mechanism、to buildup communication mechanism. According to the above three aspects, to make greatprogress, promote a close connection and play the push effect each other, that we canadvance the process of County town characteristics of rural junior middle schooleducation effectively, realize the balanced development of urban and rural education,ensure educational equity finally.
