The County Development Of Urban And Rural Compulsory Education From The Perspective Of Education Equality

Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, educational fairness is an important foundation for social justice. Compulsory education as a foundation to raise the overall quality of the project is to maintain its balanced development of basic work of education equity. Promoting the balanced development of compulsory education is in favor of the educated individuals to improve living conditions. It is a livelihood project of being conducive to the promotion of educational fairness for building a harmonious socialist society has a positive effect and far-reaching significance.This study focused on the county objects to Fujian Guangze County as an example. Take the theory and practice of survey research methods to demonstrate the combination of analysis. This follows the "balanced development of compulsory education is---why---to promote the balanced development of rural compulsory education in how to promote the balanced development of rural compulsory education" ideas and logic.The first education fair and balanced development of rural compulsory education content, the theoretical basis and principles of the theory are sorted out the analysis. Followed by Guangze County as an example of empirical studies that illustrate Guangze County urban and rural non-balanced development of compulsory education is showing, analysis of non-balanced development of compulsory education causes. Finally, based on the foregoing analysis, the Strategies are proposed to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural Guangze County.This paper argues that the balanced development of rural compulsory education has a wealth of theoretical and pracitical significance. The hope of this research can enhance the balanced development of compulsory education in rural and urban theory,and actively build a fair system of education in modern society, rich balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas of research, advance the field research to develop in depth, and thus can be other county in the state and county to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural construction strategy for reference.
