| Ideological and political theory courses must be studied for college students to educate collegestudents, and the primary means for students to deep understand Marxism and the core value systemof socialism. It has an important role of establishing View of the world, Life and Values. The reformand development of ideological and political theory courses are inseparable with the setting up ofideological and political theory courses, which are directly affected by the ideological and politicaleducation policies. Therefore, in today’s complex international situation, how to adapt to the trendof the times, designing practical policies of ideological and political education, and guiding theconstruction and development of China’s ideological and political theory courses.it has become themajor and urgent task for the ideological educators to let contemporary college students becomequalified builders and successors of socialism.In the eye of public policy, and with the guide of methodology of Marxism, This Article takesthe reform of ideological and political education theory courses as a starting point, using views ofMarxist historical materialism and dialectical materialism, and using ways of literature and inductiveanalysis and comparative analysis to research the policies of ideological and political education.Basing on the comprehensive study, this article conducts a preliminary division on China’s changeson ideological and political education policies: selection and start-up, development and stagnation,recovery and reconstruction,reform and innovation and so on,this article focuses on the analysis ofthe reasons for changes of ideological political education policy and its change regulation, but it canafford suggestions for setting up practical ideological and political education policies. This articleis divided into four parts: the first part describes the background and basis of the topics, researchesmeaning, methods and the research status; the second part discusses how to set up the agendas andthe principles of the ideological and political education in detail; the third part describes the history ofChina’s ideological and political education policies and focuses on the reasons for the changes ofChina’s ideological and political education policies; the fourth Part combined with the existingresearch result, rethinks profoundly on China’s ideological and political education policies, anddiscusses to develop ideas and measures to set up practical policies of ideological and politicaleducation. |
