The Research Of The Designing Process Of Career Planning For College Students

Career Planning is to make effective arrangements to achieve the goal of the ideal careeron the combination of individual and organizational development of college students,checking and analyzing the subjective and objective conditions of the students’ career,comprehensive analysis of their interest, hobbies, abilities, features a of trade-offs, anddetermining the best career goal combined with the time characteristics according to theirvocational orientation. College student s career plan is designed to help individuals find asuitable job in accordance with their qualifications criteria, what is more, it is to helpindividuals truly understand their own self. Selecting direction of themselves, planning for thefuture and continuing to move toward their goals are the purposes of career plan.Career planning dated from the early20th century, originating in the United States. Afterlong-term development, in the1980s, it has become an important part of school education andpsychological counseling, due to their guidance, professionalism, practicality, thus playing akey role in successfully promoting college graduates to get employed. Currently, the careerplanning education in China is still in the initial exploratory stage, mainly because of theplanned enrollment and planned employment of higher education since the founding of ourcountry. In the mid-1990s, the employment patterns of graduates-meeting supply anddemand, two-way selection generally adopted in the country-the university began to carry outcareer guidance activities. But at the same time, there is a large degree of limitations and unityon the content and object of university career planning and guidance.In terms of the international situation and our own reality, our career planning is thesubject of great theoretical value and practical significance. In-depth study of this subject willnot only help improve the students’ employment guidance theoretical system, and provide atheoretical basis for our institutions of higher learning and college students career guidanceagencies, but also is conducive to more effectively carrying out the work of vocationalguidance, in order to ease the pressure on employment of college students to facilitate the successful employment. The ambitious plan of life of college students reflects the significanceand practical significance for College Education.This study is based Marxist materialist view of history as a guide, following the principleof combining theory and practice, use of literature review, survey, comparative analysis andtheoretical study to define the concept of career planning, the status of the career planningand problem analysis, designing principles of the career planning process, the process designand the implementation of strategies for in-depth analysis and elaboration. It aims atproposing the designing principles and methods. We are hoping it will play an active role inthe discipline construction and college students career guidance.
