For a long time,under the background that colleges and universities across the country actively change the traditional mode of running schools,the cause of higher education has achieved rapid development in China,and the country attaches more and more importance to the employment of college students.As a new blood in the development of higher education,independent colleges relieve the pressure of social employment to some extent.Compared with ordinary undergraduate students,students in independent colleges are somewhat deficient in knowledge mastery and overall quality,so many students will have anxiety,confusion and other psychological reactions in the process of choosing a career,which will lead to a significant decrease in self-confidence and affect students' sense of self-efficacy in choosing a career.Based on the above background,this paper USES literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and statistical analysis method to study the self-efficacy of college students in shanxi independent university.Eight independent college students of the college in Shanxi Province as investigation object,selecting 504 students of different grade and specialty distribution of questionnaire,interview and 30 students,finally through data analysis showed that students in choosing a career self-efficacy exposed problems,including: professional ability understanding fuzzy,professional information collecting ability insufficiency,the target is not clear,lack of career planning ability,students' frustration tolerance weaker and the overall level of career self-efficacy is low.In view of the above problems,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem.Students' personal level: students' lack of self-knowledge,students' deviation in their cognition of career choice;From the perspective of family environment: the influence of family career atmosphere and the lack of family career education;University management: the university employment guidance system is not fine,the university personnel training mode is not appropriate,the university employment information coverage is not comprehensive,the university employment guidance curriculum is not perfect,the university employment guidance faculty is not perfect;From the perspective of government support: the government's employment information service function is not perfect,and the government's supervision over the employment of colleges and universities is weak;On the level of social interaction: the effect of social relations is not positive and the effect of social organizations is not significant.In view of the above problems and the causes of the problems,the use of comparative analysis,through reference to foreign students to enhance the sense of self-efficacy of the advanced experience of career selection,combined with the specific situation of shanxi independent college students,put forward the following countermeasures: based on the individual level students,enhance the level of self-awareness,build up correct concept of choosing a career;Based on the family environment,to create a good career atmosphere,pay attention to family career education;Based on the management of colleges and universities,we should improve the quality of employment,reform the mode of personnel training,strengthen the faculty of employment guidance,and improve the curriculum system of employment guidance.Based on the government support level,to create a good employment atmosphere,strengthen the supervision of employment work in colleges and universities,strengthen the employment support for students,increase the support for students to start their own businesses;Based on the level of social interaction,social institutions improve the employment service function,employers vigorously support students employment.
