In recent years, the governments and some colleges committed toestablish a fair scientific research evaluation system for conducting scientific researchevaluation, and created a large number of research results. This researches provide a goodtheoretical framework and practical guidance to deepen the reform of the perfect researchevaluation system. But the research institutions do not have the same evaluation system,because of the level of scientific research and cross-disciplinary differences and otherreasons. There are a certain significance to do thisfor revealing the level of scientific research for scientific research management.This paper studies the2979scientific research papers of107researchers of Bcollege between2003and2010, this data is from the Chinese Journal Full-text Databaseand the Chinese Science Citation Database. The paper maps out the field of AcademicScience B and the core researchers and research cooperation from the numbers of the totalissued document, fund papers, journals, institutional cooperation, regional distribution,co-keywords analysis. From the analysis of the above indicators, we can know that Bcollege has a high level of scientific research, a large number of scientific research papers.It has a large number of high-quality researchers to support the development of theresearch. Institutional the main form of institutional cooperation is the internalco-operation in the research institutions. On the basis of the above analysis, it isrecommended that the B College should pay attention to culture the potential and youngresearchers, Strengthen the cooperation and exchanges with foreign research institutions,further improve the management of scientific research to form a stable research team.
