The scientific method is the correct mode of thinking and behavior way that people summarize in the practice activity of discovering and transforming the objective world, and is the way and means that are adopted in the course of scientific research, teaching of the scientific method requires guiding the person to experience the function of the scientific method in study and research through the proper education way, Grasping and using scientific method to solve problem in order to get the promotion of knowledge study , improvement of ability and accomplishment of the overall scientific accomplishment. As the important part of scientific accomplishment, the education of the scientific method is the important way to train student's the learning ability of all the life, the requirements of the development of the future for the students.In this paper, the achievement and problems of the chemical scientific method of junior middle school of our country since the foundation of the state is summarized in this text. The theoretical and practical meaning of scientific method education is elaborated. With the views of system, the exact scientific methods in chemical teaching in junior school are proposed; Then on the basis of probing into the facts affecting the study of scientific method through the method of problem solving, observation and thoughts telling, the phased principles, permeate and refine principle, demonstrates of teaching principle and principle of merging nature are presented. The tactics of judgments of the factor of scientific method in the chemical textbook, experiencing of the use of the procedure of the scientific method ,resolves and synthesize of the objective of scientific method, drilling and refining the procedure of the method from the teaching course are presented followed with experimental research.
