Practical Teaching of Physical Education major plays an important role on the comprehensivequality of the professional talents and the practice and teaching PE teacher. The systematic,comprehensive and effective practice of pre-service makes students quickly adapt to the post and atthe same time lays a good foundation for on-the–job continue to education. This research adoptsseveral methodologies, such as literature material, questionnaire investigation, experts investigationand mathematical statistics and interviews. Combining with the teaching reform situation at homeand abroad, this thesis makes a deep exploration for the practice teaching of the PE major inNingbo University, puts forward the new practice teaching concept of “full process in campus, andsection out campus”, and finally draws the following conclusions from the perspective ofcurriculum building, environment construction, teaching staff construction and system construction:(1)According to the investigation of talent cultivating specification and social request ofbasic education of PE major in Ningbo University, students in PE major have no strong ability ofcomprehensive practice ability, in short of innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, weak in academicresearch, and the practice ability to be strengthened. The school, according to the cultivation goals,should take the thick foundation, broad caliber, strong ability, high quality as the starting point, andtake the social demand as the foothold, constructing the “three highlights” including highlightingthe professional skill education, highlighting teaching ability training and highlighting innovationquality education as the “full process in campus, section out campus” practicing teachingcultivation module, improving students’ practice ability and enhancing students’ social adaptability.(2)The practice curriculum setting of PE major in Ningbo University demonstrates theone-time, temporality and lacks of systematicness, coherence and graduality. Practice teaching hasnot been formed systematically, and the curriculum system, which is attached to the “platform andmodule” talent cultivation module, lacks of independence. The school and faculty, based on thecareer request, should set up the best course scheme, highlighting the “thick foundation and strongskill”. Open up practice course module and develop the potential course resources and speed up theconstruction of “an introduction to the subject and vertex course”. Adjust the portion of disciplinesand skills, add the skill course and basic training, integrate the resource of experimental teachingcurriculum, and develop the open teaching test system.(3)Environment building. The practice teaching environment is closed and the practicecultural atmosphere is weak. The school is supposed to build the open teaching environment, andreach a win-win situation with serving the society. First, combining with the present curriculumsystem, the school should plan open teaching and experiment system. Second, based on the orientation of the education, the school and the faculty, stress on the service the local, ought to beclose to the society and connection with the needs of society and broaden the chance and the wayof student trainee, internship, real research, training.(4)Teaching staff. The practice-teaching teachers and the full-time experiment staff are short,and the young teachers have no enough experience. The school and the faculty are supposed totake multiple ways to improve ability structure and title structure of the practice teaching staff;make sure of security system, promote the sustainable development of teaching body and pay moreattention to the policy of practice teaching, speed up the change toward the practice-teachingteachers; realize the combination of talent and intelligence and the diversity of teacher resources.(5)System. At present, system of practice teaching is defective, the teaching is not normative;the evaluation standard is not clear and lack of specific indicators; the process supervision is notstrict and the tracking feedback is not timely. Therefore, the school and the faculty are supposed topromote the construction of practice teaching work system and supervision in order to get areference target, assessment system, evaluation standard and quality construction and supervision.The improvement of the basic teaching organizations motivates the development of teachingresearch and the scientific research; the multiple supervisions can constrain and make the teachingstandard; the teaching key points and arrangement are adjusted according to the timely trackingfeedback in order to ensure the improvement of teaching quality.
